I have a passion for dogs and have my own miniature poodle and golden Labradoodle - who need a lot of grooming!
At Shaggy Paws your dog will receive a friendly one-to-one grooming experience in a caring home environment.
I'm fully trained and qualified levels 2 & 3 City and Guilds. In addition to regular further training seminars, my annual trip to Crufts aim to provide my customers with the best service with regard to products, equipment, skills and knowledge.
I am trained in canine first aid in the event of an emergency.
I use top of the range equipment in my purpose built grooming salon, with a large garden for regular play breaks throughout the grooming process.
I use a dog friendly dryer and do not use a drying cabinet.
A large grooming table and ramped bath means that I can accommodate larger dogs or dogs with mobility issues.
My aim is to keep your dog calm and unstressed with plenty of space at all times during their visit.
Luxury shampoos and conditioners are all chosen to suit your dog's coat type and avoid irritation however, if your dog has a skin condition then I can use products provided by yourself if preferred.

Please call me for a quotation and to discuss your individual requirements. Shaggy Paws is competitively priced and client satisfaction is extremely important.
Services offered include trimming, de-matting, de-shedding, bathing, drying, nail clipping and ear cleaning. I will also carry out a general health check on your four-legged friend.
- Prices will depend on breed and coat condition upon arrival, but start from as little as £25.00 for a full groom.

Puppy Pamper Sessions £15.00
Grooming is a key part to puppy socialisation and introducing your puppy to being groomed at an early age will hopefully avoid them being frightened when they are older and in need of regular grooming.
My puppy pamper sessions will last for approximately an hour and include a bath and dry, brush out, ear clean and nail clip. The purpose of this visit is to introduce your pup to each of the tools in a positive way, and reinforce a happy experience.
I use quality grooming products that are specially designed for your puppy's delicate skin and soft puppy brushes.
We have plenty of fun with toys and playtime to make sure that your little VIP will look forward to their next visit!
